Thank you for shopping at Pao’s Art Nook! I take pride in the quality and uniqueness of my handmade items. Please review my return policy below:

Returns

I accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at paosartnook@gmail.com, including the following:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the defective item(s)

Once approved, I’ll provide return instructions. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Exchanges

I do not accept exchanges. Each piece is handmade, and I’m therefore unable to offer replacements or swaps.

Final Sale

All items not deemed defective are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
